Practical
things to know.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking. The balance is collected seven days before arrival. Card on file held for incidentals.
Cancellation
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of deposit. Within 30 days: deposit non-refundable. Within 14 days: 100% of stay charged. Travel insurance recommended for trips booked far out.
Check-in / out
Check-in from 4:00 PM. Late check-in (after 8:00 PM) by arrangement — innkeeper meets you. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out by request, subject to availability.
Children
Children 12+ welcome in all rooms. Children under 12 welcome in the Bunkhouse (which has the third-floor loft) and during full-property buyouts. We are a quiet inn — please consider whether the vibe is right for your kids.
Pets
We love animals; the inn is not built for them. Service animals always welcome. The Cowboy room can host a quiet, well-trained dog by prior arrangement and with a $100 nightly cleaning fee.
Smoking
Smoke-free property, indoors and out. $500 cleaning fee for smoking in a room.
Dietary
Tell us at booking. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, kid-friendly, allergies — the chef accommodates all of it without making it a thing.
Accessibility
The Cowboy room is ADA-accessible with a roll-in shower and main-floor entry. The great room and dining room are fully accessible. Some second-floor rooms are not. See /accessibility for full detail.
Wi-Fi
Fiber-grade Wi-Fi throughout the property. Strong enough to take a video call from any room. Free for guests.
Parking
Free on-property parking. EV charging at two ports (Level 2). The drive in from Wilson village is plowed through winter.
What's included
Daily chef-prepared breakfast. Evening hors d'oeuvres. Cruiser bikes (Apr 15 – Oct 15). Snowshoes (Nov 15 – Mar 30). Wi-Fi. Bath robes + slippers. Eco-friendly room amenities. The great room with its three-story river-rock fireplace.
What's not included
Bistro dinner (by reservation, $95/person). eBike rental ($45/day). In-room massage ($180/hr). Spa treatments and guided activities arranged through our concierge.
