What we collect
When you book a room, we collect your name, contact information, payment details, dates of stay, and any special requests you share. When you join our monthly innkeeper's letter, we collect your email. When you use our website, we collect anonymous usage data via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking).
How we use it
To process your reservation, communicate about your stay, respond to your inquiries, send the monthly letter you signed up for, and improve the website. We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
Who we share it with
Only the third parties we need to operate: ThinkReservations (booking system), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (web hosting). All bound by their own privacy obligations.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (subject to lawful retention requirements), and unsubscribe from the letter any time. Write privacy@bentwoodinn.com.
Cookies
We use functional cookies for the booking widget and your accessibility preferences. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
