Coffee from a locally roasted bean. Fresh fruit, house-baked bread, a short menu from the griddle plated to order. We accommodate dietary needs with notice — gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, kid-friendly.

Hors d'oeuvres by the fire
A nightly spread of small bites with wine and a hot tea station — the moment most guests realize they want a third night. Served around the great-room hearth at 5:30 PM.

BBQ + Tunes
On select summer Saturdays we open the back lawn to neighbors, guests, and friends-of-friends. Local pitmasters, live bluegrass, the long alpenglow. Tickets sell out — buy ahead.
